Guinta Comments on Injunction against Arizona Law                                                                                           Manchester – Conservative congressional candidate Frank Guinta’s (NH-01) comments on today’s injunction against the State of Arizona’s illegal immigration law: “This ruling by Judge Bolton is outrageous and hopefully will be appealed successfully by the State of Arizona. The people of Arizona have the right to protect their persons and properties, especially when the federal government has failed to close our borders from a flood of illegal immigrants that includes a serious criminal element. This ruling is yet another step toward granting amnesty to illegal immigrants despite the wishes of the majority of American citizens.” “Instead of fighting the State of Arizona, the federal government should be helping all states to end the flow of illegal immigrants and to facilitate their return to their home countries immediately. As a candidate for Congress, I oppose amnesty and make sure that the laws of this country are enforced rather than conveniently ignore by this Administration.” ###
