GUINTA RELEASES FIRST TV CAMPAIGN AD

MANCHESTER, NH — Prominent addiction treatment and recovery activist Erin Canterbury appears in the first television advertisement, airing today, from Frank Guintas campaign for Congress.

Canterbury, who resides in Manchester, is Chief Ambassador of New England for Reliance Treatment Center and supports the Republican nominee to represent New Hampshires First District, because of his hard work to solve New Hampshires biggest problem.

Guinta co-founded and chairs the Bipartisan Task Force to Combat the Heroin Epidemic. “When I met Congressman Guinta, it was like a breath of fresh air,” says Canterbury in the new ad. “He said to me, what can I do? How can I help?”

“Frank Guinta understands this is not a Democratic issue, nor a Republican issue. Its a people issue. Hes willing to get in there and fight for us to end the opiate epidemic,” she continues in her emphatic endorsement.

In Congress, Guinta led passage of major legislation to improve prevention, treatment and recovery programs, in order to save more Granite Staters from an epidemic that claimed over 400 lives in New Hampshire last year — a figure trending higher in 2016. He recently joined Canterbury at a “Take Back Our City” event in Manchester to rally public support.

“Treatment professionals and law enforcement officers, Republicans and Democrats in Congress, were working together to deliver solutions to Granite Staters in dire need of help,” said Guinta. “Erin and I are partners in that fight. Im proud of what weve accomplished — and confident our continued partnership will help more people recover from heroin and lead productive lives again.
